Fun times
Riding horses, being out with friends, no homework. I love the summer.
But it has been raining a lot here. Keeping me inside, but that's not a bad thing, just a boring thing.
It is what it is.
Speaking of which, I remember a story that my microeconomics prof told us:
A very old couple had their entire savings stolen by an insurance broker. The husband at 90-some years old had to go back to work to support his wife who needed the insurance for her heath problems. So he went back to work. He is now working as a greater at Walmart and when asked how he felt about having to be back at work at his age, he said simply "It is what it is."
Something we should all live by.
