Snow days suck

Yesterday I spent the day shoveling snow from our driveway. As those of you who have been here know, our driveway in a long (over 800ft). All of it was covered in at least 24in of snow, and I had a 3o'clock lab I really did not need to miss. So my father, brother and I took turns at the shovel. I made it to lab! Next week I have an exam and it better not snow again.

When I woke up this morning my eyes were swollen nearly shut and my lips were swollen open. I got out of bed and pulled some clothes over my very sunburned face, and went into the upstairs living room. Surprise! Duncan looks just like I do. So people out there...wear sunscreen, even in the winter, especially if there is snow that the sun reflects off of. Ouchy.
