Long days
So far this whole week we have gone out to work on the fence. I am sick of welding and grinding posts. Anywho... Today the hard wood floors were finished. It looks nice, really nice. Also today, I got my grade back for the Spanish exam. I did pass, in fact I somehow got an A. I am glad it is over. My father is watching a show called 24. The season is supposed to be one 24-hour period, so one show is one hour of this day, but this show is really bad. I mean in the first hour there might be a bunch or terrorists invading a town and then next hour the same terrorists have a nuclear weapon from the US and have shot down Air Force One. It makes me mad because some people might think that our military/security really sucks this much. It is just nuts. Thought I would throw that out there. I suppose I will go read until mi amor calls. Take care.

*catches* I was never very good at baseball, so it is a pleasant surprise to catch what you threw out there. Hi. I tried to keep up with the first, critically acclaimed, season of 24, but after missing an episode I found it not as psychologically rewarding. As for the plausibility of the scenarios depicted on the program, they cater to people's fears about cataclysmic events and (this is important) the eventual triumph of the just. The more unthinkable the consequences, the sweeter the victory.
Hard-wood floors are indeed beautiful, just be sure to provide the proper maintenance.
Also, congratulations again on your exam, vas a poder hablar Español yet.
This season was very much not plausible, but I think you correct in the sweeter the victory part. As an AF Brat this show annoys me. My father laughs at it, and I shake my fist at the plots. Why he keeps watching it is a mystery.
Sí, voy a poder hablar español con Ud.
