Good morning...again.

Good morning! I wish I could say more, but I need to go study for my English exam. Next week is my Spanish Exam...both my weakest subjects. So, good to get them out of the way right? Take care all.

Good Mornin

Good Morning!

I'm sitting here trying to make myself study for my English exam, but reporting to you all is so much more fun! Well, turns out I did not go out to the land, my mother went alone. Maybe I should have gone to talk to the barn builder huh? Ah well, I cannot change the past. :P

AnOtHeR?

Yes, I know...two in one week. Well, what can I say? Today I wanted to ride so badly, mostly because I could not ride for a month! (Due to snow, and snow melt...)I went out and caught Flag. We had a nice bonding/grooming time, then I got the carrot stick and we played the first five Pat Pirelli (sp) games. HE REMEMBERED! No kidding! After over a year.../ I was not wearing riding clothes, so I got on bareback. He was so sweet, a perfect little horse :-D

We did walk, trot and canter. It was like having Dusty back again, but as an English style. Also, I found a web page with all sorts of horsy things that are going to be in my area. Yay! I am excited about getting some horse friend here in Colorado.

Well, tomorrow morning my mother and I are going out to Payton to meet the barn builder dude, the interior (house) paint guy, the inside door/trim guy, and the contractor. Phew...busy day. Then we have to go shopping on the base commissary. Ye-Ha. I also hope to ride again...my sweet little horsy.

Love to all!

Hello

Hi to all. This blog thing is handy, but it needs to have some sort of reminder, or what-have-you to remind you to post! I do want to try to keep you people up in my business, but I forget to post on here. Ah well...

Life. Well, the house is coming alone very nicely. Really, when I walk around and see it I find it hard to believe that this is going to be our house. The barn has still not started, due to complications, but they are supposed to start work this week. The pasture is coming along nicely. My parents just got home a couple hours ago from OK with a huge load of top rail pipe. We have all the posts in the ground for the first pasture -20 (for the round pin, which makes up part of a side of the pasture), the arena, and the runs from the barn.

I was accepted to Cornell Uni. for a summer college!!!! I was so excited, but alas, the chances of me going are slim due to lack of financial aid. this summer will hold school (here or in New York), a very hopeful trip to New York, and Texas (or friends from Texas coming here!), and lots and lots of riding. I need a coach though, or some sort of riding friends because riding is just not so fun alone all the bloody time.

Duncan and I are very happy at our new Kung fu school. It is so nice, and pretty hard. We have learned some things so different, yet are able to apply what we learned from Waco. It is lovely! I think when I go off to school I will want to take Kung fu there too.

The family is all hanging on, some shocks in building a house have hit, and we are all trying to deal with them. "Asi es la vida".

All the animals are doing well, the horses fat and happy (mostly because it has been to wet for riding for a looooong while), Faith and Yoshi are also happy, but Yoshi is not doing so well. Actually we have to check he is still breathing some of the time. TNT and Fancy are such sweet kitties! Ya, know? I will have to take TNT and Flag to school when I finally leave. I would just miss them too much, I would also like to bring Faith, but she can stay home.

Had enough for now? Take care all!
