11 days

Today I feel so full of life and energy. Like I woke up and realized this is the life I get to live so, hey, I am going to live it well! I went around the house singing and dancing (pretty happy none of you could see me...), I was festive and wanted to do something. Alas the snow...keeping me in and, thank goodness, by being in I was warm. Yay! only 11 more days! I am so excited! Well, good day all. Take care.

Life

Do you ever feel like sometime when you want life to slow down it just goes faster, and when you want it to pass it just slowes down? Wanting this month to pass quickly, to merge into the new year, I am granted my wish. Is it really the 22nd? Wow...

I sent out pictures to you all, and I am pleased to see most of you have responded to them. :-} I do miss you all. In case I do not post more until 2005, I wish you all a very happy Christmas and New Year!

Today we had to stay at home all day. There is about 7 inches of snow on the ground and it is not showing like it is going to let up soon. Yay, white Christmas! No, but really, what is the big deal about having snow on Christmas? Sure, it is romantic, and makes everything look so pure and quite...ok ok, I do like snow. If only it was not so cold! I shall nail Duncan with a snow ball, requested by most of you all in Texas. Though his arm is stronger than mine...Take care all, have a good 'n.

Waz uuuuup? (funny, huh? well I thought so...)

Today, one day until the start of winter, the wind is rearing its ugly head. As it passes through the Christmas decor, it clangs and rattles the windows, making sounds like a little animal knocking to come inside. My hair flying in every direction makes me look even more wild than normal.

My eyes are set on the 3rd of January, awaiting the visit of a very special someone. Then I will look on the 11th for the (I hope) last day of lay off for me.

The house is starting to spring up, like a big tree missing its branches and leaves. Those, however, will come in time. The barn will be here in March, or so, when most of the cold has passed. Then we will live there soon afterwards. I wonder what we shall call or place, my mother always wanted to call it, "Cats Paw Paints" or, "Cats Paw IDs", or just, "Cats Paw Stables". Though will it be a stable? Maybe if we give it enough time. My brother wants to call the place, "Fox Hole Stables", something about the Civil War...and my father has just said, "Crawford IDs" or "Crawford Paints". I have not put much thought in about it, so...any ideas?

Take care,
