Making a new life.

Most of the people whom will see this know me from Texas. Having just moved from there a week ago, I miss it greatly. I am not so sure what has helped me make it through this tough time in my life, my faith, my friends, my family, my boyfriend or a mixture of them all. Thank you all...you know who you are.

The move...Well it went smoothy, it took us 2 days to arive in the Springs. The horses were remarkable troopers as were the cats, dogs and yes, Duncan too. I have had a week to try and get used to the new life here. Still I find myself thinking of the things I will do when I "get home", but then oh! this is home. I think this place would be a much better place if you all came to join us. I mean the weather is better half of the year, good right? Well ok....trying to get used to all these new ideas and starting over in martial arts and my riding is proving to be more difficult than I had thought. Though it has only been a week. And hey, life goes on, believe it or not.

It is very beautiful here. The cold weather is on its way, the mountain is white already. The grass is turing brown and the trees are an amazing mixture of fall colors. Every afternoon, has not failed yet, the clouds roll in over the mountains. They tease us with rain, but have yet to fallow through. During the morning and early afternoon bluer skies are to be found no where. So, beauty is plentiful just a lack of some people.

I miss all of you, and I miss Texas. I cannot wait to see you all again. You are all welcome into our home here in CO at any time, we got the mountains and the snow. That's right, come ski!
Take care all.

-Aidan
